How requests are handled
What happens to the data you send through the form or enter in your account on solar.cordteh.com.
What a request contains
Name, email, an optional phone number, request type, deployment preference, equipment details (manufacturer, model, battery capacity, supplier) and your comment. We never ask for passwords, tokens or plant access codes.
Why
To answer your request, check equipment compatibility and prepare a proposal. The data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
On the solar.cordteh.com service server in a protected database with backups; only the service owner can view requests, in a protected admin area. The service's bot also sends the owner a copy of each request on Telegram so we can reply faster. Technical logs do not contain your email, phone or request text.
Your account
For your account we store your email, name, phone (if you gave it), your stations (name, town, serial numbers of sticks and inverters) and the readings your equipment sends. This data is used only to run the service. It is visible to you, to those you give access to, and to the service owner — for connection and support. Account data is kept while the account exists; on request we delete the account together with its data.
